How Donation Helps

We’re dividing the funds into three main areas to support creativity, advocacy, and direct action:

💰 60%Creative Justice Challenge Fund
🏆 Grants and awards are available for those producing impactful videos, art, and stories that highlight housing discrimination, unfair treatment, and systemic barriers that harm marginalized communities—including disabled individuals, LGBTQ+ people, and those facing economic injustice. Whether through true stories or re-enactments, creative expression has the power to reveal hidden struggles and demand accountability. Artists collaborating for impact can challenge oppression and create lasting change—let’s make these stories impossible to ignore.

💰 20%Film & Storytelling Fund 🎬
This project involves casting all roles essential for Stage One, including actors, directors, and the full production team. Your contributions to this portion will directly compensate the talented individuals involved. Stage One focuses on completing the screenplay and filming critical proof-of-concept scenes. These scenes are crucial for securing additional funding for Stage Two, which aims to produce a powerful film dedicated to highlighting the true story of a disabled tenant experiencing significant hardship. The film will shed light on the struggles of mental illness, hate speech, abuse, and the troubling lack of action by the LAPD and property management, set against the challenging backdrop of Los Angeles.

💰 20% → Administration Costs
Your donations directly support the essential components required to ensure the high-quality execution of our program. While our initiative relies primarily on dedicated volunteers, your generosity helps us cover necessary hard costs, including legal fees, web hosting, community meet-ups, and paid announcements. Additionally, your contributions enable us to offer gifts and tokens of appreciation to our core team, including our Creative Director, Marketing Director, Executive Producer, Social Media Managers, and Administrative Executives, who go above and beyond in making our mission a reality. Rest assured, no one involved in establishing this initiative seeks personal income from these donations—every dollar is committed to supporting the vital resources and the people who help bring our shared vision to life.

Why This Matters

Disability rights, mental health, and basic human dignity are under constant threat. Too often, people are forced to fight for accommodations, respect, and even the right to exist freely in their communities. Whether it’s workplace discrimination, lack of accessibility, or barriers to healthcare, the most vulnerable among us are met with resistance when they demand basic fairness.

When these struggles extend to housing, the consequences are devastating. A home should be a place of security, not another battleground for rights that should be protected.

🏡 Disabled renters are denied their legal right to accommodations.
🏳️‍🌈 LGBTQ+ tenants face harassment while landlords turn a blind eye.
⚖️ Tenants who demand their rights are met with retaliation.
🚨 Federal protections are being dismantled, leaving renters more vulnerable than ever.

Your support will help fund powerful creative content that amplifies the voices of:
Disabled individuals fighting for accessibility and housing rights
LGBTQ+ tenants facing discrimination and displacement
Anyone who has been ignored, harassed, or pushed out by those in power

💡 Together, we can expose injustice and fight for real, lasting protections.

📢 Join us—because no one should have to fight for basic rights alone.

In development

Our Justice Platform site is in development and in phase 2. We have started coding and we will be complete within the next month (May 2025).

Our justice platform is currently in development and has successfully entered phase 2. We have kicked off the coding process, making significant progress towards bringing our vision to life. Our team is dedicated and focused, working diligently to ensure that all features and functionalities meet our high standards. We are optimistic about the trajectory of the project and are confident that we will complete this phase within the upcoming month, aiming for a full launch in May 2025. This development marks a crucial step forward in creating a robust tool for justice that we believe will positively impact our community and beyond. We look forward to sharing updates as we advance further in this exciting journey.

Our mission

We are fighting for a world where housing is a right, not a privilege—where tenants, especially those most marginalized, can live without fear of discrimination, retaliation, or displacement. The current housing system is built to serve landlords and corporations, often at the expense of the people who need stability the most.

Our mission is to expose injustice, empower tenants, and demand change. Through advocacy, education, and creative storytelling, we’re amplifying the voices of:
🏡 Disabled individuals fighting for accessible housing
🏳️‍🌈 LGBTQ+ tenants facing discrimination and harassment
⚖️ Renters standing up for their rights against predatory landlords

We don’t just want to raise awareness—we want to drive action. Whether it’s through policy change, community organizing, or providing resources, we are here to support tenants in securing safe, fair, and affordable housing.

📢 Because no one should have to fight for a place to call home.

Our vision

We envision a world where everyone has access to safe, stable, and equitable housing—without fear of discrimination, retaliation, or systemic barriers. Housing should be a foundation for well-being, not a source of stress, displacement, or injustice.

We believe in a future where:
🏡 Disabled individuals have accessible homes without having to fight for accommodations.
🏳️‍🌈 LGBTQ+ renters are protected from discrimination and harassment.
⚖️ Tenants can advocate for their rights without fear of eviction or retaliation.

Our vision goes beyond just raising awareness. We are building a movement to challenge unjust housing policies, hold landlords accountable, and create real, lasting change. Because no one should have to compromise on their dignity, safety, or stability just to have a place to live.
